Rainier Youth Choirs invites families to its second annual Music Marathon on Friday, April 15 at Fairwood United Methodist Church, 15255 SE Fairwood Blvd, Renton.

The choir members have been gathering sponsors and literally will be singing for their supper and music program.

The doors open at 5:45, and the show begins at 6. Admission is free.

Attendees can move about during the performances and enjoy pizza, cookies, and sodas/water, which will be on sale throughout the show.

Kids who enjoy singing can learn about Rainier Youth Choirs, a nonprofit organization that offers premier, choral training at a reasonable price to grades four through college age youth.

Members come from Covington, Kent, Maple Valley, Auburn, Federal Way, Enumclaw, Issaquah and Renton to practice at Cedar Heights Middle School in Covington.

If you like to sing, consider auditioning by appointment for fall enrollment. For more information about Rainier Youth Choirs and to request auditions visit www.RainierYouthChoirs.org.
