Arthur Jacobsen celebrates 10-year anniversary

District leaders, students, teachers and staff gathered Thursday to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Arthur Jacobsen Elementary School.

Opened in 2007, on the former Jacobsen Tree farm, the state-of-the-art school stands on the lower portion of Auburn Mountainview’s campus.

The audience heard remarks from several Auburn School District officials. Guest speakers included Superintendent Alan Spicciati, AJ Principal Eric Daniel, administrators, and teachers and students past and present.

There was a walk down memory lane and light refreshments.
