Pet owners and their furry friends converged at Roegner Park for the seventh annual Barkfest and Rover Romp 3K and 5K walk/run last Saturday.

Proceeds supported lost, abandoned and homeless animals at the Auburn Valley Humane Society.

There were demonstrations, a vendor village of booths, dog contests, an inflatable obstacle course, adoptable pets and other activities. The Rainier Agility Team performed.
