Lincoln shut down previously unbeaten Auburn Riverside 50-33 to capture the West Central/Southwest 3A district girls basketball title at Puyallup High School on Saturday.

Olivia Denton had nine points and McKenzi Williams was held to seven points for the state regional-bound Ravens (23-1).

Auburn Riverside plays Edmonds-Woodway in a state regional opener at 6 p.m. Friday at Puyallup.

Morticia McCall led Lincoln (23-1) with 15 points.

Auburn Mountainview defeated Columbia River 59-55 at Rogers High School on Saturday to take the district’s fifth seed to the state regionals. The Lions open against Mount Spokane at 6 p.m. Saturday at Ellensburg High School.
