NOV. 30

Theft from motor vehicle:

9:11 a.m., 2400 block of N Street Northeast. Persons unknown broke into somebody’s vehicle and stole a stereo, amp and cash. Police estimated the loss at $320.

Disorderly conduct: 12:53 p.m., 300 E. Main St. Police arrested a male person for obstructing traffic, thereby making a dangerous nuisance of himself in some unidentified way.

Assault: 10 a.m., 1200 block of Auburn Way South. A man called to report his boyfriend may have infected him with HIV.

Theft from building: 1:09 p.m., 1101 Supermall Way SW. Police arrested three females – old, young, who knows – for organized retail theft at Burlington Coat Factory then booked them into the Auburn jail.

Vandalism: 2:30 p.m., 500 Interurban Trail. Police arrested three youths for vandalism after somebody caught them spray painting the Highway 18 overpass in the 500 block of the Interurban trail.

Assault: 11:13 p.m., 2400 block of F Street Southeast. Fisticuffs broke out between two youths; the victim refused to press charges stating that he fell down, thus injuring himself.

Disorderly conduct: 12:40 a.m., 2425 Auburn Way N. A woman assaulted an employee of Jack’s Tavern then ran across the street when police were called in. Police arrested her for disorderly conduct and making false statements to an officer.

NOV. 29

Theft: 10:06 a.m., 32000 block of 109th Place Southeast. In police terminology, “a theft occurred” at Wesley House. What was stolen, how it was stolen and the manner of entry, all these things police did not disclose.

Beer thieves: 11:18 p.m., 101 Auburn Way S. Two groups of juveniles stole several cases of beer from Safeway. Police did not disclose a value for the suds.

Vandalism: 10:06 p.m., 2400 block of F Street Southeast. Somebody pushed open the door to the laundry room at the Kona Kai Apartments, damaging the frame.

NOV. 28

Purse theft: 10:55 a.m., 1101 Supermall Way SW. A woman told police somebody stole her purse while she was shopping at Burlington Coat Factory at the Supermall.

Assault: 5:33 p.m., 1800 block of F Street Southeast. A citizen phoned 911 to report a male beating up a female. Police arriving on scene observed the male grab, jerk and shove the female, whereupon police arrested the male for domestic assault. The victim revealed that she was pregnant with the male’s child, but she would not cooperate in his prosecution. Police booked the male into jail for domestic assault.
