Auburn’s Pro-Refrigeration last week delivered one of its locally made, 10-by-6-by-7-foot glycol chillers to its destination, the soon-to-open Geaux Brewery between Parker Paints and Cascade Beauty College on East Main.
Brewery owner Jeremy Hubbell said the machine will keep his many brewskie-holding tanks at the precise temperature they need to be — cold and colder.
When the brewery opens this spring, not only will it offer a brew house and a New Orleans-themed taproom but also a kitchen and a family-friendly restaurant.
