Despite an array of changing weather, a record-breaking 126,993 guests attended the 21st annual Spring Fair in Puyallup, April 15-18.

Even with wind and rainy conditions on Saturday afternoon and evening, crowds continued to pass through the turnstiles to enjoy family fun. The new final attendance record beats the 2009 attendance of 118,557 by 8,436 guests.

“Each year we strive to offer a range of activities to interest all ages and interests,” said Kent Hojem, Fair CEO. “Since we reached a record attendance last year, the bar was set high to offer activities that would interest the entire family. It was the efforts of countless people involved that helped make this a must-see event, from vendors to food operators, and animal handlers to ride operators.”
