Auburn is preparing for a Bug invasion.

A field of 100 classic Volkswagons will be on hand from 6-9 p.m. Friday at Auburn Volkswagen, located at 3109 Auburn Way N.

The Pre-Waterwerks Enthusiasts event also will have food and other activities.
