Platinum Roofing LLC, of Auburn, was recently honored with CertainTeed Corporation’s Platinum Level Customer TrackRecord Award.

The accolade recognizes roofing contractors who are focused on superior standards of customer service.

Platinum Roofing LLC shares the distinction with only a small number of other companies in the U.S. and Canada.

To earn the Platinum Level Customer TrackRecord status, contractors must have a minimum of 36 customer surveys submitted with a collective survey rating of 4.0 or higher on a 5.0 scale. Achieving this high level of customer approval ratings is commendable and Platinum Roofing LLC is worthy of this special recognition for their accomplishments.
