Pacific Kobudo, specializing in samurai and ninja martial arts, has opened a studio in Auburn.
The school, which trains in the Longevita Pilates and Yoga Studio at 201 Auburn Way N., Suite C, offers martial arts lessons for adults and kids.
In celebration for its grand opening, Pacific Kobudo is offering a week of free classes to any new student who is interested in learning more about the martial arts. The offer is good through June.
“If you’ve ever considered a martial arts class, we invite you to see why learning the Japanese martial arts of the samurai and ninja will teach you more than just self defense techniques,” said Tony Whetstine, owner and instructor. “Our instruction has been passed down for hundreds of years and is a source that many modern martial arts schools that teach karate and jiu jitsu, are based on. Those who learn these arts can gain increased focus, self-confidence and discipline, in addition to the martial arts skills.”
