Regarding downtown parking, “Permits can be purchased on the second floor of City Hall, 25 West Main St., during normal business hours.”

Now there’s a convenient idea.

Let’s see, take the train to Seattle at 6:45 a.m. and get back just after 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. But if you want to buy a parking permit, you have to find a way to get back to Auburn between 8 and 5.

Sounds like another Auburn City Hall commuter-friendly idea. Sheesh.

How about some BUSES? Then you wouldn’t need parking lots all over the place.
