I just read your front-page article on the Pacific “Pots-and-Pansgate” episode (Nov. 12, Auburn Reporter) and thought I’d let you know that Jerry Eck, owner of Valley Recycling and The Rusty Rack Guys on the West Valley Highway in Pacific, has purchased new pots and pans for the senior center.

Jerry seems to always “be there” with financial help for the community of Pacific, i.e., Boy Scouts, Pacific Days, Pacific Partnership and senior center.

Maybe he needs to be featured on the front page of the Auburn Reporter, so people will know that good things do happen in this small town.
