Regarding the grass and weeds around the Lakeland Hills North Monument and the grass on the sides of Mill Pond Drive Southeast up to 47th not being mowed: This has been brought up in the past and the answer is – the Mill Pond Apartments are responsible for these areas.

Tell them they need to get their goats out.
