I recently completed my final plans with Craig. You hired the perfect person for this position.

I thought this process was going to be really difficult to deal with. Not so. The moment I walked into the office, I felt a warm and welcome feeling. There was no pressure, no hurry. He had so much patience dealing with such a picky person.

Craig has many fine qualities, such as compassion, understanding, patience, kindness. My list could go on forever.

I know his job must be difficult, dealing with grieving families on a daily basis, yet he’s sure to ease the pain with his comforting ways.

I am totally satisfied, now that everything is complete. When my time comes, my family won’t have to make any decisions.
