Grammy-nominated Justin Roberts and the Not Ready for Naptime Players are coming to Auburn.
Join in the fun for a nationally-acclaimed rockin’ performance from their latest album, Recess, as well as past favorites.
The show, presented by Auburn Ave Kids, begins at 2 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Auburn Riverside High School Theater, 501 Oravetz Road, Auburn.
A pre-craft activity begins at 1 p.m. for all ticket-holders.
Tickets are $10.
A Chicago-based musician, Roberts has been creating family friendly melodies since the early 1990s. He began his music career as a preschool teacher, writing catchy tunes to keep his preschool students entertained. Those initial tunes turned into a full fledged music career with national tours and numerous awards, truly becoming one of the national “all-stars” of the indie family music scene as well as one of the best songwriters in the genre.
Auburn Ave Kids showcases local, regional and national acts and touring presentations with an emphasis on audiences ages 4 through 12 and their families.
