Damonde Tschritter headlines Comedy Night at the Ave on Friday.

The show begins at 7:30 p.m. at the historic theater, 10 Auburn Ave.

Tschritter was hailed in the Globe & Mail as “comedy’s new super hero.” He is the only Canadian to win the Seattle International Comedy Competition in its 33-year history. He’s had comedy specials on multiple networks, and The Seattle Times said: “He has the rare gift to command the audience’s attention merely by talking.”

Tschritter can also hear him on “Just For Laughs” radio on Sirius XM.

Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students and seniors. Comedy at the Ave is for ages 18 and over only.

Order tickets online or call 253-931-3043.
