Kid Rock and Uncle Kracker coming to the State Fair on Sept. 3

Musical superstar Kid Rock, with special guest Uncle Kracker, light up the stage Sept. 3 at the Washington State Fair, part of the Columbia Bank Concert Series.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday. Tickets are $120 (Golden Circle), $105, $95 and include fair gate admission. Tickets will be available on the fair website or by phone at 888-559-FAIR (3247) daily, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. PST.

Tickets can also be purchased in person at the fair’s box office at 9th Avenue Southwest and Meridian Street on Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Online and phone purchases are subject to standard processing fees. Tickets purchased on site will be charged a $2 per ticket service fee.

Robert James “Kid Rock” Ritchie’s music is a mix of Southern rock, blues, country-tinged ballads, and hip-hop. He has sold 35 million albums worldwide and is a five-time Grammy Award nominee.

Kid Rock has received countless awards for his music, including super-hit song, “All Summer Long,” which hit No. 1 in eight countries.

Uncle Kracker’s debut album in 2000 not only went double platinum, but it included the No. 1 hit, “Follow Me,” followed by the powerful cover of Dobbie Gray’s “Drift Away,” which set a Billboard record for most weeks at No. 1 on any chart.

Pre-show party

To make it a special evening, ticket holders to the concert can purchase a Kid Rock Pre-Show Party ticket for $38 each, held in the Fair VIP Tent, inside the Gold Gate. These tickets do not include tickets to the concert. The price includes a catered dinner by The Vault Catering, one complimentary beverage and a dessert bar.

Enjoy a fun atmosphere with a party DJ and music, games and prizes, and a no-host bar. A commemorative VIP lanyard is included in the cost.

Doors open at 5 p.m., with dinner served at 5:30 p.m. All pre-show party ticket holders will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a front row seat upgrade for two! Must be present when announced at 6:15 p.m. to win.
