If you missed Sinatra and Count Basie at the Sands in 1966, then Saturday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Auburn Avenue Theater will be your chance to make up for it.

If you missed Sinatra and Count Basie at the Sands in 1966, then Saturday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Auburn Avenue Theater will be your chance to make up for it.

Jim Kerl’s Swing Session big band and Joey Jewell will take you back to the heyday of Las Vegas and the reigning king of the strip, Frank Sinatra.

Jewell is an established Sinatra impersonator, well versed in the tradition of the great shows of the Rat-Pack era. Performing all over the Puget Sound area, Jewell continuously returns to the Auburn Ave and its cozy feel. The Swing Session 17-piece big band stands on its own, with a library of music from the ’40s up to contemporary jazz providing a swinging, exciting musical experience for show-goers.
