Youth symphony to present the Sounds of the Season

The Maple Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra is hard at work preparing for its Sounds of the Season Holiday Sing-a-Long Concert.

The concert will be held at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5 at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 23855 SE 216th St., Maple Valley.

It will be the youth symphony’s third annual holiday concert. Music selections will include holiday favorites such as “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” by Eddie Pola & George Wyle, “Sleigh Ride” by Anderson, and many other holiday classics.

Performing groups will include MVYSO’s Full Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra, Brass Choir, Flute Choir, and String Ensemble.

The public is invited. There will be a $5 suggested donation at the door.
