The City Hall Gallery’s group exhibition for October features watercolorists throughout the area who take classes led by Jo Anne Iwasaki.

More than 50 emerging artists display their unique styles in a variety of watercolor paintings.

Iwasaki teaches ongoing watercolor classes through the Auburn Parks, Arts and Recreation as well as Green River Community College Extension programs, Kent Parks and City of Renton.

An artist reception is at 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10 at the gallery, 25 W. Main St.

The gallery is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Admission is free.
