Auburn Police blotter | Nov. 9

Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between Oct. 27 and Nov. 2:

Oct. 27

Theft from vehicle: Overnight, 2800 block of V Court Southeast. Somebody got into a woman’s vehicle overnight and stole cash, but left behind a Washington State driver’s license and a Costco card.

Vandalism: 10:19 a.m., 300 block of O Street Northeast. Some guy tried to drill out a mail box lock.

Fraud: 12:07 p.m., 31600 block of 126th Avenue Southeast. A man called police to complain that suspects unknown had made him the dupe of a gift card swindle over the previous month.

Shoplifting: 6:11 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. A teen stole a gold necklace and a lion pendant from a business.

Oct. 28

Trespassing: 5:40 p.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. Although cut off from further swigging, swilling and gulping of undisclosed fermented beverages because she was already blotto, a woman refused to leave the Muckleshoot Casino, for which police busted her for first-degree criminal trespassing and booked her into the SCORE jail.

Oct. 29

Get McOut!: 11:03 a.m., 1531 Auburn Way. At 57 minutes before midday, a ruckus-raising man of undisclosed wrongdoing was told to leave McDonald’s, and stay out until 2028.

Nov. 2

Burglary: 3:53 p.m., 2500 block of Hemlock Street Southeast. A burglar or burglars hit a commercial garden shed.
