Auburn Police join animal advocates at Les Gove Park Friday with food for pets in need

Pet owners to get help feeding their critters

A lot of people struggle these days to feed their pets.

Well, this week concerned folks will do something about it.

From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 11 at Les Gove Park , the Auburn Police Department, the Auburn Valley Humane Society, Pasado’s Safe Haven, the Seattle Animal Shelter, the Seattle Humane Society and the Regional Animal Services of King County will show up in force with food supplies for pets in need.

Auburn’s animal control officers will be there to meet and greet owners and critters.
