Auburn residents reappointed to Lake Geneva Management District Advisory Board

On March 9, the King County Council confirmed the reappointments of Auburn residents Larry Gross and Dave Saunders to the Lake Geneva Management District Advisory Board for three-year-terms.

Gross’s term expires on June 30, 2024, and Saunders’ term expires on June 30, 2023.

“Dave is a founding member of the Management District, and Larry is a current board member on the Lake Geneva Property Owners Association,” said King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer, who represents Lake Geneva in his district.

“Both are longtime Lake Geneva residents who care deeply about protecting the water quality of Lake Geneva and believe the health of the lake is of paramount concern,” von Reichbauer said.

The Lake Geneva Management District is administered by the King County Water and Land Resources Division with help from the Advisory Board. The District’s primary goals are to preserve lake water quality and public health status, prevent future invasive aquatic plant infestations while managing current infestations, manage aquatic debris, and educate and involve the Lake Geneva Community.
