Auburn Riverside notched its straight win on Saturday with a 1-0 blanking of rival Auburn in South Puget Sound League North 4A action at Auburn Memorial Stadium.
The Ravens improved to 5-2-1, 16 points, on the season.
Forward Robin Hood scored the Ravens’ lone goal in the 75th minute on a corner kick from Emmi Seelbach that was redirected by Lauren Crimi, who earned the assist.
Goalkeeper Kristina Nelson posted her fourth shutout of the season.
The loss was the first for Auburn (3-3-2, 11 points) since Sept. 12.
Fifth-place Auburn hosts Kentridge at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Auburn Memorial Stadium.
Third-place Auburn Riverside hosts Tahoma (6-1-1, 19 points) at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Auburn Riverside High School with second place in league on the line.
