Auburn road work extended: 3rd Street SE, from Pike St. SE to R St. SE

The Bi-Annual Sanitary Sewer Repair/Replacement Project continues in-street construction on 3rd Street Southeast, from Pike Street Southeast to R Street Southeast, on Monday. Work hours are 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., weather permitting.

The Bi-Annual Sanitary Sewer Repair/Replacement Project continues in-street construction on 3rd Street Southeast, from Pike Street Southeast to R Street Southeast, on Monday. Work hours are 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., weather permitting.

The road work will allow for the construction of a new sewer main across 3rd Street SE and restoration of the road base.

Traffic will be maintained through the construction zone by flaggers. However, 3rd Street SE will be limited to one lane access and residents are notified to provide extra driving time when traveling through the construction zone.
