Construction of the M Street Southeast and Auburn Way South intersection improvement project will require nighttime lane restrictions beginning Tuesday.

Construction activities will restrict westbound Auburn Way South from 17th Street Southeast to M Street Southeast and disrupt the intersection of Auburn Way South and M Street Southeast from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The work is dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction but delays should be expected. Alternate routes are advised.
