Auburn’s Buena Vista students deliver furry friends for others

Twenty-one students from Sherri Crooker’s second-grade classroom at Buena Vista Elementary Seventh Day Adventist School visited Valley Regional Fire Authority Station 31 last week to deliver a payload of teddy bears they had just made for firefighters to give out at fires or accidents or other calls when a child is upset and needs something warm, cuddly and comforting to hold on to.
