On Dec. 2 at about 1 p.m., 57-year-old Nantharath Thilavanh walked away from the assisted living home at 29568 54th Court S. in Auburn where he has been living since his release from Western State Hospital two months ago.
Nantharath, who suffers from Type 2 diabetes and schizophrenia, was reported missing at 8:40 p.m. that same day. He has no cell phone, no known family in the area and did not take his medication with him.
Nantharath is 5 feet 6, thin, and balding with grey and brown hair. He was last seen in dark clothing, wearing a cream-colored hat and glasses.
Most law enforcement contacts with Nantharath since 2016 have been in the Vancouver, Wash, Portland, Ore. and Everett areas. Anyone who sees him should call Auburn Police at (253) 931-3097.
