KING 5’s Jeff Renner recently met with local government leaders about upcoming winter weather and resources available to the public.

Joining Renner at the meeting were King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer, Auburn Mayor, Pete Lewis, Federal Way City Councilmember Dini Duclos and Snoqualmie Mayor Matt Larson.

King County was hit hard last year by severe weather, and the King County Office of Emergency Management recommends residents make a plan, build an emergency kit, get involved with other community members, and stay informed to local and regional alerts.
