For the Reporter

The Auburn community has organized a fundraiser for lifelong resident Jenel Kludsikofsky, who is battling multiple sclerosis.

Kludsikofsky was diagnosed with MS 24 years ago, and the disease has slowly progressed, causing multiple challenges to her quality of life. She has been accepted for a possibly life-changing stem cell transplant using her own stem cells, which insurance does not cover.

The fundraiser is from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17 at Trotter’s Restaurant, 825 Harvey Road.

Customers who mention they are at the restaurant for Kludsikofsky’s fundraiser will see a percentage of the profits donated to HelpHopeLive.org in her name.

Those who are unable to attend but would still like to support the fundraising campaign, please go to the donation page: helphopelive.org/campaign/11425.
