The Pacific Police Department hosted an open house last Friday at Centennial Park.
The event included a barbecue, live music, police car rides, a SWAT vehicle on display, child identification kits, face painting and inflatable toys. The Reptile Man, a show sponsored by ABC Mini Storage, performed for the kids.
The public can attend an in-person debate between the three candidates for mayor from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 9, at the Auburn Senior Center.
