Counterfeit money n’ more | Auburn police blotter

Auburn police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between July 8 and 9:

July 8

Bogus bucks: 8 p.m., 1425 Outlet Collection Way SW. Counterfeit money turned up at Coastal Farm and Supply, and Auburn police hustled there to collect it.

Theft: 6:21 a.m., 4204 Auburn Way S. A pair of shoes up and walked away from an apartment in the company of someone who didn’t own them.

Theft: 3:35 p.m., 2300 block of Auburn Way S. Person A, unknown, stole Person B’s pressure washer.

Theft: 8:50 p.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. Somebody stole a woman’s car keys while she was otherwise enjoying herself at the Muckelshoot Casino

July 9

Assault: 11:14 a.m., 1200 block of 50th Street Northeast. Some guy beat on his sister.

Felony theft: 8 a.m., 4530 B St. NW. In the late morning hours of this day, a business discovered that one of its forklifts was missing.
