Crash on Highway 18 kills woman

A Federal Way woman was killed in a collision on Highway 18 in Auburn early Thursday morning.

The Washington State Patrol has identified the deceased woman as Cearra J. Dillard, 20.

According to the WSP, Dillard’s car rear-ended a slow-moving semi or logging truck at 4 a.m. Thursday, and the truck did not stop after the crash.
