The Lakota Chapter of The Daughters of the American Revolution recently presented the National Defense Marine JRTOC bronze medal to Cadet Cela Irons at Kentwood High School.
Irons earned the medal for her loyalty, patriotism and military and scholastic achievement in the JROTC program.
