Daughters of the American Revolution honors cadet

The Lakota Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently presented the National Defense Army JROTC bronze medal to Cadet Chloe White at Auburn Mountainview High School. Hilda Meryhew, National Defense chair, NSDAR, right, presented the medal to White.

The medal, which is for loyalty and patriotism, honors White for her record of military and scholastic achievement during her participation in the JROTC program.
