Drive-by shooting

Auburn Police Department investigations continue into a drive-by shooting on April 6 near the 100 Block of 2nd Street. The department received a report of the incident at 12:27 a.m., with the reporting party advising police that a suspect shot at multiple parked vehicles in a parking lot. The fire damaged four trees and a gate lock in the 500 Block of M Street Northeast. Police have no leads regarding the cause of the unlawful burn.

Felony domestic harassment

Auburn police received a report of felony harassment on March 31 at approximately 11:20 p.m. in the 2900 Block of Auburn Way South. According to the department’s public information log, the incident involved firearms. According to the department, the case served as a domestic violence incident. Felony domestic assault

Auburn police dispatched on April 1 after receiving a report at approximately 6:25 a.m. of a felony domestic violence assault in the 12700 Block of Southeast 312th Street. Investigation into the incident continues, and the department declined to provide further information.

Threats

Auburn police received report of threats involving Rainier Middle School students. The department declined to provide further information regarding the nature of the threats.
