A funeral procession for Washington State Patrol Trooper Tony Radulescu will impact traffic on State Route 167 Thursday, Auburn police has advised.

As the procession passes through Auburn along the Valley Freeway to the ShoWare Center in Kent, no traffic will be allowed to enter the highway northbound.

Due to the large number of emergency vehicles in the procession, it is estimated to be in Auburn between 10:30 a.m. and noon, police said.

Motorists are encouraged to seek other routes to travel northbound from Auburn to Kent.

A public memorial service for Radulescu is 1 p.m.
