Auburn Garden Club will honor veterans during Saturday’s parade with a theme of ‘Saving the Earth one garden at a time.” The club’s purpose is to stimulate knowledge and love of gardening. The club regularly meets on the second Tuesday of the month, at the Auburn Senior Activity Center, 808 Ninth St. SE, at 1 p.m. The club is asking members, guests to bring a donation for the food bank to the meetings.
