Man driving wrong way DUI arrest | Auburn police blotter

Drug possession arrest: At 8:49 a.m. April 29, in the 1600 block of Lake Tapps Parkway Southeast, there was a report that a male was arrested for drug possession.

Driving under the influence: At 12:13 a.m. April 3,0 in the 1000 block of 28th Street Northeast, there was a report that a woman was arrested for DUI.

Runaway juvenile: At 12:38 a.m. April 30, in the 800 block of R Street Northeast, there was a report that a runaway juvenile was found.

SWAT assist: At 4:16 a.m. May 1 in the 1200 block of 65th Street Southeast, there was a report that Auburn SWAT officers assisted detectives with the arrest of a subject for a violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

Report of robbery: At 6:18 p.m. May 1 in the 11000 block of Southeast 284th Street, there was a report of a robbery with a weapon other than a gun.

Traffic obstruction: At 4 p.m. May 2 in the 2900 block of A Street Southeast, there was a report that a male was arrested for obstructing traffic.

Man driving wrong way DUI arrest: At 4 p.m. May 3 in the 3700 block of West Valley Highway North, there was a report that an officer observed a car driving the wrong way toward him and then over a median, splitting oncoming traffic. The driver was then stopped and, after failing to complete a field sobriety test, he was arrested and booked into SCORE jail for DUI. The man said he had consumed four beers at work, and the last one he consumed was 30 minutes before the arrest. Officers found an open alcohol container in his backseat.

Felony eluding: At 3:06 a.m. May 5 on Auburn Way North and 37th Street Northeast, there was a report that a vehicle fled from police.

Damaged windows: At 5:01 a.m. May 5 in the 12000 block of Southeast 312th Street, there was a report that windows had been damaged.
