The King County Medical Examiner on Dec. 3 revealed that Misty Upham, 32, a Native American actress whose body was found in mid October down a wooded ravine in Southeast Auburn 11 days after her disappearance, died from blunt-force injury to the head and torso.

The manner of death, according to the ME, is as yet undetermined. Upham went missing Oct. 5, the same day, according to the ME, that she died.

Upham, a member of the Blackfeet Nation, was last seen walking away from her sister’s apartment, according to a statement her father, Charles Upham, sent to media outlets after his daughter’s disappearance.
