Miss Auburn Daniela Ferrell is raising money in the fight against multiple sclerosis.

Ferrell is participating for Casa Tena’s team – The MSfits in Tena Shoes – at the Walk MS in Seattle on April 3.

The walk, presented by Top Food and Drug, begins with 8:30 a.m. registration, followed by an introductory program and walk at 9:30. The walk begins at Husky Stadium, 3800 Montlake Blvd NE, Seattle.

Ferrell is selling red velvet cupcakes at $2 each to raise money for Walk MS.

“My goal was to raise $100 but I’ve already exceeded that, so I don’t know what my new goal is,” Ferrell said. “I am just happy to help in any way I can, especially since I’m Miss Auburn now, and I feel I can bring a lot more attention to certain issues in our community.”

To order, call Ferrell at 253-797-5222 or email at danielaferrell@comcast.net.
