The Pacific Police Department Open House is Friday, Aug. 11, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Centennial Park, 100 Third Ave. SE, Pacific.

The public, all ages are welcome.

The public safety fair includes appearances from the State Patrol, Airlift Northwest, the Valley Regional Fire Authority, the AFIS Fingerprint Division, Valley Com 911, and Valley Swat. Child ID kits will be available.

There will be information and resource booths, the Reptile Man, face painting and food.
