Pacific Police recently promoted three of its officers.

Pacific Police recently promoted three of its officers.

Officer Josh Hong was promoted to sergeant and received his pin at a ceremony at City Hall.

Officer Terry Carter received his detective pin, and Det. Dave Newton received his sergeant pin.
