ArtRageous, Auburn’s fourth annual arts festival, invites you to create and celebrate art in downtown Auburn.

The free, one-day art extravaganza unfolds 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 4.

Activities include a main stage with bands playing throughout the day, a beer garden, temporary art installations, wandering musicians and artwork on display.

You can participate:

• Apply to be an artist project leader (paid position leading an art activity for the day).  Event organizers, which will cover the cost of the materials and the leader’s time, are looking for fun takeaway art projects and interactive demonstrations such as woodcarving, printmaking, pottery, mosaic and are other interesting, interactive and innovative ideas.
