Pawsitive Alliance presents A Canine Christmas Extravaganza on Saturday, with more than 150 dogs and puppies available for adoption.

From noon until 3 p.m., 15 rescue groups and shelters will showcase dogs and puppies at Paws-Abilities Total Dog Center, 7338 26th St. E., Fife.

Five reasons to attend the event and adopt a dog:

1. The center’s dog concierge service will merrily help you find the right dog for your family and lifestyle.

2. PureVita will give one lucky raffle winner a one-year supply of dog and cat food.

3. A Seahawks-themed prize goes to the 12th dog adopted.

4. Trainers will be ready to answer questions about how best to work with your new pooch.

5. Every dog adopted receives 50 percent off Paws-Abilities obedience classes.
