Pearl Harbor survivor rattled by fireworks

My husband is a Pearl Harbor survivor. Days before and after July 4 there is constant noise from fireworks, and he relives the bombing he encountered.

We lose several nights of sleep.

Tradition is not what fireworks are about. I can understand displays if they are just on the day of commemorative.
