April 23

Trespass: 1:58 a.m., 3900 block of Auburn Way North. Police arrested a male for trespassing after he was caught snoozing in an RV at an undisclosed business along Auburn Way North.

April 22

Vandalism: 11:47 a.m., 14th Street Northeast. Unknown subjects vandalized a vehicle of unknown make in an undefined way, resulting in damages that police know but would just rather not say.

Trespass: 2:36 p.m.,

400 Auburn Way S. A local area transient got himself arrested on Burlington Northern Railroad property. Upon receiving his citation, the transient voiced his dislike of the Auburn Municipal Court judge by using various expletives couched in colorful language.

Burglary: 2 p.m., 1800 block of R Street Southeast.

A man told police that somebody entered his personal storage unit by breaking a large hole in the wall separating neighboring storage units, then damaged a vehicle and stole a new microwave. The case was forwarded to the detectives unit for review.

Vandalism: 3:04 p.m., 200 block of 37th Street Southeast. Police arrested a man for domestic violence and malicious mischief after he damaged a wall during an argument with his mother.

Burglary: 4:05 p.m., 1300 block of W Street Northwest. Somebody burglarized a home, stealing a plasma television and a computer and jewelry worth an amount police did not disclose.

April 21

Assault: 1:35 p.m., 1825 K St. S.E. A teacher at Olympic Middle School reported that a student pushed her. Police did not say what happened as a result of said push.

Obstructing justice:

10:14 a.m., 200 block of 37th Street Southeast. Police arrested a man for obstructing a police officer, a man police had suspected of being involved in a vandalism case. The arresting officer had told the man not to leave but he turned and walked away anyway, got himself arrested for so doing and was given accommodations in the Auburn Jail.

Burglary: 10:01 a.m., 121 16th St. S.E. Unknown persons got into town homes under construction and threw paint on numerous walls.

Vandalism: 2:41 p.m.,

600 block of L Street Southeast. In the colorful description offered by police, “a vandalism occurred.”

Burglary: 1:52 p.m.,

5700 block of South 300th Place. Somebody got into a home by prying open a window, then helped him or herself to the goods therein. No value for the undefined goods was given.

Shoplifting: 7:30 p.m., 1101 Supermall Way. Police arrested a male for shoplifting something unknown from the Burlington Coat Factory.
