Protection order violation

Auburn police responded on April 21 after receiving a report at approximately 2:05 p.m. regarding a violation of a protection order. According to the department’s public information log, police arrested a man for an order violation in the 500 block of 37th Street Southeast. Police booked the man on charges of felony violation of a no contact order, in addition to an assault in the second degree charge. According to the department’s log, an aggravated assault occurred in the incident. The department’s log listed additional offenses including misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor vandalism. Domestic violence assault

Auburn police were dispatched on April 18 after receiving a report at approximately 10:59 p.m. regarding an aggravated assault. Police booked the suspect on a charge of assault in the second degree. The department’s log listed one suspect and one victim in the incident.
