Construction on the five-story Trek Apartment project on the former Cavanaugh block East Main Street continues to advance at a breathtaking pace.

Plans call for a mixed-use building composed of 12,000 square feet of first-floor retail facing East Main Street, below four floors of 128 market-rate apartments, transformable into condominiums.

The apartment project should be finished next summer.
