Smith Brothers Farms, Auburn Food Bank team up for ‘Milk Money’

Smith Brothers Farms has joined the Auburn Food Bank on "Milk Money" – a coin-collecting drive that will help the food bank purchase needed items such as milk and eggs that are not donated during food drives.

Smith Brothers Farms has joined the Auburn Food Bank on “Milk Money” – a coin-collecting drive that will help the food bank purchase needed items such as milk and eggs that are not donated during food drives.

Customers in Auburn will receive a special pint-sized container to collect coins. When the “Milk Money” carton is full, just drop it by the food bank, 930 18th Place NE, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, or call the food bank at 253-833-8925 to arrange a pickup.

Smith Brothers Farms is a family business, delivering milk to doorsteps in the region since 1920.

In 2013, the food bank provided essential foods to 38,356 families in Auburn.
